We currently offer delivery services in specific areas of Dubai.

  • Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

  • Delivery charge may apply basis your order location.

  • Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens! Once an online order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns, please contact us using the provided contact details on the ordering page.

Ice Cream is both a perishable and temperature sensitive good and thus cannot be returned, unless the damage is declared immediately at the time of receiving the goods and we cannot offer refunds for fresh produce but would willingly exchange damaged items

If for any reason an ordered product should no longer be available between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone or email to offer alternatives. Should you not wish to receive an alternative we will amend the order, and your receipt at the time or shortly after your Delivery/Event.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery, we will contact you via phone or email to provide alternative options. If you do not wish to receive an alternative, we will proceed with cancelling the order and issuing a refund.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to be processed and transferred.
